I Know What It Means to Make the Transition
For more than two decades, I built my career in corporate leadership, with the security, responsibilities and success that came with it. But over time, I realized I wanted to build something of my own — something that would create greater independence, allow me to make a meaningful impact, and create a legacy beyond my corporate career.
Making that transition wasn't as straightforward as I imagined. I had the experience, the skills and the desire, but I didn't have a clear roadmap for turning that desire into a sustainable entrepreneurial path.
